Transparency in all transactions in all government & public offices. Change all public / government offices to have service counters & queue systems. Implement online transaction processing for payment of utility bills etcTax rates to be lowered to minimal levels ensure compliance 3. Eradicate poverty by making people & businesses self- reliant:Provide technical support infrastructure for small businesses to facilitate quality improvements and make them competitive in the world markets Ease overseas travel by entering into mutual "visa-on-arrival" agreements with major business & trade partner countriesSet up Missions which reach out to the public and facilitate SME's to ride on and benefit from trade agreements such as ASEAN FTA etc.
