Ravi Sinha, CEO, TRACK2MEDIA

While the aspirations & expectations of Real Estate companies have been hovering around a whole lot of concessions for affordable housing, the budget expectations of an end user is to get an affordable house with the basic civic amenities. Most of the housing projects in the affordable housing category sounds fancy only on the billboards, and the common man can not buy and live over there for lack of infrastructure and connecting roads with the main city. Since satellite towns are now a reality for affordable housing of the common man, the finance minister must incorporate measures to have a mid- to long-term impact on urbanization. Boosting infrastructure projects gives an impetus to real estate as well by virtue of a cross-subsidisation principle. Increased allocation for infrastructure and highway construction will mean improved and accelerated connectivity, raising the working & living options of common man in the affordable housing sector. About Me I am a Delhi-based Communication Professional and a practitioner of Brand Strategy and Consultancy. I am at present CEO with the communication consultancy company, TRACK2MEDIA. Besides strategic consultancy on corporate and public affairs, the company also has a distinct platform for market research and survey. Personally I have worked with various leading media and corporate domains of the country, like television news agency ANI and ETV news channel; as Vice President with Concept PR, Media Advisor with AEZ Group and some other academic research on media and policy affairs.
