ESTABLISH INSTITUTES OF NATIONAL UNITY AND INTEGRATIONOur country got independence from the British after a long drawn struggle. People from south to north, east to west and all corners of the country fought against the British disregarding threat to their life and property. Our freedom is the result of the sacrifice of all the sections of the society, who can be commonly identified as Indians.Unfortunately slowly some people are forgetting the entire freedom struggle and the sacrifice of the Indians. Fissiparous and disintegrating tendencies are appearing on the national scene. Whether it is the Shiva Sena or MNS of Raj Thakre or the fanatic elements of Tamilnadu or Uttar Pradesh and Bihar their approach to the issues of national importance is against national integration and unity. There is therefore an urgent need to establish INSTITUTES OF NATIONAL UNITY AND INTEGRATION .Initially four such institutes should be established one each h at Mysore[south], Chandigarh[north], Pune[west] ,Allahabad[east].Subsequently one such institute should be established in each of the states of the country. These institutes should be institutes of national importance imparting very high quality graduate and postgraduate technical as well as non technical and management education with tremendous importance on national integration and unity. The students should comprise of all the Indians, coming from all the states. Each state should have roughly equal representation in each batch of students. Students from all the parts of India should live together and should feel like brothers and sisters. In the long run the country should be able to abolish all the artificial borders of the states. The forthcoming budget should come out with such a proposal.
