Respected Finance Minister,

I think compulsory audit limit of Rs.40,00,000/- should be raised to Rs.2,00,00,000/-. Please note this limit has been not raised from last 15years now a days a road side hawker is doing a turnover of more than Rs.1,00,00,000/- and more over the traders who are having turnover of more than Rs.40,00,000/- has to pay minimum of Rs.12,000/- to Rs.15,000/- as audit fees. If the limit is increased it will be easy for traders to file Income tax returns directly to IT Department and I request you to please increase exemption limit for individuals up to Rs.2,00,000/- and for ladies up to Rs.2,50,000/- and for senior citizens Rs.3,00,000/-. I think these figures are very reasonable looking into the cost of living prevailing at present.
Thanking you,

Yours faithfully
M.VIJAY
