Major focus area of our nation’s growth factor depends on squaring off migration count from rural to urban. This can be achieved when we provide wide range of opportunities to our rural economy. The biggest enemy we have to fight to overcome is poverty and ignorance. Even after long run of 62 years of independence, we as a nation having strong man power are still chasing for the title “developed country”. List of factors of my budget wish list are,1. Agriculturea. Fund to allocate for study and use of technology in agriculture, study of the soil, optimum power utilization techniques.b. Enhancing research on food preservative methods. Eg: Currently Tomatoes are preserved for three days, but new methodology offers a solution to preserve it for almost hundred days. Such inventions have to be encouraged and funded.c. Cost benefits study to implement for linking of all rivers. NREGA to work effectively to raise employment opportunities to rural enhancement in GDP.
2. Education & Healthcarea. Allowing Corporate and Educational institutions merging for quality education system. Avoiding IIT or IIM graduates brain drain by acquiring them in suitable Govt. or Public Ltd companies which can be made as mandatory too.b. Regulating price factors for major surgeries in private hospitals. Administering Govt. doctor fees in private practice. Costly drugs (eg: oncology) manufacturing Pharma companies should be supported by Govt. subsidies for cost reduction and availability of drugs to common public consumption.
3. R&D & Technologya. Sectorial advancement in various technologies like IT, production, and manufacturing enables strength of India in becoming strong export nation. b. Instead of regulating prices of petroleum products, funding for inventing alternate fuels will raise our market capitalization. Research diminished after 1990-2000 in usage of renewable sources of energy which is required now.
4. Defense systema. Collaborations and growth oriented programs. Achievement of our own launch vehicle on 1989, Agni hat-trick hit was a good example for collaborative effort.
5. Infrastructurea. Linking villages with networked roads which enable business to raise rural economy.In precise our country can achieve to the greatest height by the means of effective expenditure and avoiding deficit through private-public partnership, using corporate giants to share their profit to general public, reducing the gap between rural and urban growth and food balance. Our receipts should focus in sustainability and stabilization through direct/indirect tax code, strengthening in anti-money laundering and availment loans through syndication for major projects.
