Following are my views if implemented will give sure Boost to the Indian Economy, Control Inflation, Improve Security for the Country. Budget is the main backbone of the Inflation, Country development.My request will be making all the Department more Cross functional like Implementation of SAP which is the next stage of the Computerisation after Online System.
Providing Privilege benefits to the Tax Payer. Tax Payer should look at Paying Tax as Privilege rather than as Financial Burden. Present IT Department had not marketed the Same.
Solution from my side is we should recognise highest tax payers in the Society by the Means of Giving them paying Utility bills like EB water Bill a special Counter. Government Official should give them proper service when ever they service such customers. Also Special Quota to be given for such people when they are travelling in Railways like Tatkal Quota. Lineless service in payment of Utility Bills. Faster processing of their Requests like Family card, Passport, Pan card for their dependents.(Slab we can give them 50K per annum tax payment). This will make the IT department to garner more tax from the individuals. People will have motivation to pay tax.
Additional 5 % taxes on the luxury segments( Wanted items like Diamond Jewellery, Cigarette, Liquor, LCD, Plasma TV, Foreign Educations (if available in India) & Other luxury items which is not needed rather than wanted)
2. As the inflation even infected Medical Treatment & Domicillary expenses would request to put separate Slab for more than 30 years age by Rs 5000 Extra compared to the existing 15,000 under Sec 80D. This will ensure Citizens to take care of their medical expenses. With a family of 2+2 annual Medical expenses is expected to cross more than 15,000 rs. Also for the Family above 2+2 Tax burdening should be more. This would indirectly make families to go for Family planning as a result Nation's burden on Population will be brought down.Family of 2+3 should pay additional 10 % tax from their Net Deductable salary. 5% additional Tax can be charged on the 2+3 families in India.
3.More % of LTA for the citizens visiting North eastern countries like Arunachal Pradesh, Assam etc., Tax system should be reduced by 10% from Deductable salary for the people working in North eastern India or Person going on Transfer to these states should get the 10% deduction from their taxable salary. This would boost the economy of the Nort Eastern India and make it stand equal with South & Western India.Additional PL for the people visiting North eastern States.
4.For Corrections in real estate Prices & Food security Development & Go green initiative.To boost the Existing Real estate Industry we should look at Banning further conversions of Agric. land to Non Agric. land. As a result existing Land Prices will improve & realty income will be better. Also Food security will be guaranteed to the country as Agric. lands are not converted.More incentives should be given to the family involved in Farming like Subsidised education to farmers, Minimum Living allowance to Rural poor during Off season time.More go Green INtiatives to be followed like Complulary Provisioning of rain water Harvesting, Min Two trees Space planning in the flats or Individual House. Flats should grow some Small Trees like Bonsai. Which Japanese grow on the Space shortage areas. Online Admin Systems eradicating paper usage. Tax benefit of 10% for managing Jatropha Crop for Bio diesel around the railway Tracks by the Employee who is working for the Railways. This would provide more fuel to the economy. Tax benefit of addition 10% for the Bio diesel units.
5. Security Strengthening & reducing Defense expenses: Maoist Menace is becoming uncontrollable.Additional rebate of 10% of their tax for the family fathers/ Mother which are sending their Children during Annual holidays (NSS, NCC students, Training for army work to be given in schools & Operations like attack will be done during annual Leave for the Students in the 10th to Graduation level. Free Food to be provided by the Govt. for sucg students during their stay in Army operation.We will get More Soldiers on an Temporary basis this will reduce Army expenditure & Students particpating should be given special consideration for the Quota in their Future Job & Higher Studies & employment.
