The Finance Minister should give utmost priority to education sector. Education expenditure is a long-term investment for the futurecitizens. The Govt. should institute more scholarships for bright students.
The Finance Minister should direct Public Sector Banks to reduceinterest rates on education loans. He should allocate more outlay for HumanResource Department and create more seats in the professional colleges.TheFinance Minister should also subsidise educational books for professionalcourses.
